There has always been a significant role for the private sector in supporting the provision of education, for instance, supplying text books, equipment and constructing school buildings.
However, in the last decade, the intrusion of the profit motive into the running of schools has become a major concern.
This is an area of reference which CASE is developing to help campaigners. We are not alone in our concerns and supporters will see that in many cases they are referred to other sources.
